Cons
It's going to take more than a logo change for this organization to change. Everything is based on the bottomline and how much revenue you can bring in, Unfortunately the customer looses in the end. The directors are greedy and actually take a split of your commission if you are in sales if they have any remote connection to the client even when they haven't did any work on the deal. If you are lucky enough to be in engineering you get nothing for any help you provide bringing in new business. Everything is focused on new business and there is no concept of building relationships which leads to poor customer retention. There is without a doubt a clear separation between the non partner / director level and staff as the company promotes a sense of entitlement and looks down on the sales and engineer teams.
