Pros

This organization is very innovative and fast-paced. A rapidly growing company that is constantly seeking new hires to keep up with the demands. The people (culture) are what make the job fun and rewarding.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a little more direction going into a project rather than completing a project and then receiving the direction the management didn't know they wanted until after the completion of the project. (It would just help save time.)

This is also another person who can see that the reviews are common marketing ploys so please do not let the good reviews miss-lead you. It is a Job and at first seems great but then the reality sets in.

Cons

Every client and Employee is just a number. Smoke and Mirrors and they do not care about Quality or customer satisfaction. Most of the time projects are taken on that they have no skill set for so you are learning on the project on the customers Dime. No backup or support when in the field, you are on your own to solve problems.
