      Dedicated people = overworked, stressed and panicked honest and open collaboration = does anyone really say that in a company where there is honest and open collaboration? The fact that this is being highlighted speaks to the opposite teamwork = yes challenge = yes bonds = possibly, if someone is dating a co-worker educated employees = most are specialists, yes, some, like Kirk Fallbacher have an incredible amount of knowledge

      Progress commission plan that is goal oriented and rewards performance

      Cons

      In May, the company instituted a new commission policy regarding overdue accounts an AR. Even though all the case law on the subject does not allow retroactive rule changes for AR collections and commissions being taken away, Netrix implemented a new policy that takes away commissions, the bread and butter of all sales for accounts with overdue AR status, regardless of the reason. This policy has destroyed the moral of many of the sales force and should be challenged in court at some point.

      Pros

      The engineering skill sets amongst the different teams are amazing and the company pays for ongoing training and certifications. The learning from the various projects always in process makes for a great place to keep learning latest technologies and methodologies

      Cons

      The fast pace may be tough for the faint of heart who don't like to work hard and be part of a team to help clients and each other
