Pros
They give you money. There are maybe three nice people in the entire company.
Cons
Truly awful place to work. Complete lack of transparency and collaboration from PE down. Ever shifting priorities, constant layoffs. Backstabbing and information withholding. Outsourcing roles to Argentina and India and laying off more expensive US employees. A core group of friends in leadership who have been there for 20 years with a lack of relevant industry experience. Many are just horrible people protecting their turf. The company is behind on paying their bills and many vendors don't want to work with them any more. The job market is bad...really bad but save yourself from this company. Terrible toxic place.
