      Pros

      Netskope technology works, has several deployment options, and integrates well into existing Enterprise Architectures. Titles don't matter inside of Netskope. I can call on anyone who can help me whether it's a developer or the CEO. Our industry is between 5 & 6 years old now. It's ready to take off! The first Gartner MQ for CASB comes out this week.

      Cons

      There's usually only 1 sales team per city. So if you like going into the office to talk with your peers, this isn't so good.

      Technology is great My peers are supportive and willing to help

      Cons

      Executive leadership is out of touch, especially the CEO and CRO. Refuses to understand that success breeds success, rather than management by fear. Bifurcation of territories makes no sense and negatively impacts ability to achieve quota, very few reps make their number. Company is doing great though. Very long sales cycle, 24 month average for sweet spot market opportunities, 48+ months for major accounts. Marketing is lacking, no true brand awareness compared to competitors. Career opportunities are very limited. Culture has changed drastically in 3 years

      Some of the people are good to work with.

      Cons

      - HR touts 'unlimited' time off as a benefit but in reality they load you up and frown on taking time off. - Highly political environment where good managers are forced out and ruthless managers are promoted. No shortage of back stabbing. - No IPO after a decade +.
