Great culture, interesting compensation, lots of opportunities to learn, I have been part of two teams and managers are committed and supportive. Company provided a great computer

Cons

No cons so far, very good place to work. The only thing I didn't like is that compensations were activated later than expected

- Paternity leave is way below average for India - Bereavement leave is also below average - Insurance policies are also not up to the mark, and even an annual health checkup is not covered - Overall, HR policies need improvement
