      Awesome Culture, Supportive team and management, Technical learning opportunity, Work life balance, Flexible working schedule, Cross Domain engagement is very easy, appraisals are good, Promotions are difficult but achievable

      Pros

      Netskope has been true to its core founding principles (even after 12 years) of honesty, integrity, no bureaucracy, no politics and to be an independent security company. Its a best place to work if you want a decent work-life balance and growing career. I have never seen a CEO so passionate and deeply connected with employees, customers and technology all at the same time.

      - Transparent, genuine and great culture - Lots of differentiating innovations

      - Information overload: With lots of things going on you will literally drink from a firehose. Not really a con but could be for some people to much.
