Transparency has suffered significantly with multiple rounds of abrupt layoffs, each initially presented as the last, followed by more people leaving a few weeks later. This has resulted in a significant loss of talent over the past year with no apparent resolution. The remaining employees are now doing the work of multiple people with limited guidance on the future. Frequent and abrupt cost-cutting measures implemented with little notice. Current leadership appears ill-equipped to handle challenges and opportunities. Poor communication from management, often contradictory or quickly reversed. Lack of clear strategy or direction. Project and process management are used as nouns, not verbs. All are inhibited by mid-senior level managers consistently not showing up for their own meetings and, when they are present, offering little constructive feedback.
