      Great Culture and Great People

      Pros

      Netskope is truly a great place to work. The culture is very positive and people are great. There is a lot of collaboration between all levels of the company. I joined this company to build a great, standalone security company. I am confident we will get there.

      Cons

      As with most early stage companies there are some bumps along the way. The good news is the leadership identifies issues and works to address them as soon as possible.

      The market is coming to Netskope, the product is disruptive and solving many key issues. It's a pleasure to evangelize this technology.

      Cons

      Fast moving company is not the right fit for everyone. If you are looking to relax, this is not the place for you.

      Great company culture and a very strong technical platform for a growing market. Proven "best of breed" technology with several of the largest enterprise customers.

      Cons

      CASB is a newer market that legacy customer security budgets are lagging, so time for funding and closing deals is longer than usual.
