      Pros

      Teams are working on very good product with cutting edge technologies, with supportive seniors and good guidance and support from Leadership team. Though the work pressure is there, Pay is very good compared to competitors and more than the market range. Very good leave policy. Work is fast paced with tight time line for deliverables.

      An industry leader that has proven, year over year, to drive the direction of the industry when it comes to product innovation. The team and culture are the best that I have experienced and there are many people joining Netskope from the competition. The company has a strong outlook for the future and has continued to chip away at becoming a more and more mature company ready to enter the next phase of it's growth.

      Cons

      The company has a huge appetite for ongoing innovation and improvements in processes and efficiency. This can make work-life balance is challenging at times. Some benefits should be checked to ensure they are competitive -- such as 401(k) matching.
