      Pros

      - CEO is a cool man. Down to earth. Very fair. - You'll never be bored. They're growing crazy fast. - If you can handle it, they'll give you tons of responsibility and autonomy. "Go make customers happy." - Pay and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      - Lots of work. Billion hour weeks for years on end if you let them. - Culture has gotten less important with growth. Less customer focused. - Political battles in leadership are leading to missed opportunities. - Processes are constantly in flux. Poor communication when they change.

      Pros

      - Flexibility - Flexibility - Flexibility - Some management are very personable and easy to communicate with (mine wasn't)

      Cons

      - They do not reward excellence with pay increases. Getting an EXCELLENT on the Annual Review does not equal a pay raise - I was promised a salary increase several times throughout my tenure there and it never happened. Always got denied. Terrible place to work for if they're going to lie to their employees. They want you to work hard, take on more and more responsibilities without honoring them with the wages due. - Several employees have expressed the exact same thing happening to them. - You have to beg for benefits too. No 401k, no healthcare, no life insurance, etc.

      Pros

      Netsync was initially a great place to work. They focused on providing training and even hired people to get their Account Managers support. Although their internal processes were lacking, I enjoyed the people I worked with. There was a great amount of flexibility and the pay is not bad either, when you actually get the money you worked for.

      Cons

      I have personally witnessed the Leadership and HR act in an extremely unprofessional manner. Unfortunately, if you are looking for a company that treats their employees fairly and well, trust me this is not it. Netsync needs a great deal of improvement in leadership, how to treat their employees and paying employees what they are owed. Several employees went months without being paid commissions as an example, which I am sure if illegal. I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.
