      The employees are awesome to work with. Middle management has a few people who genuinely care

      Cons

      Management and ownership have a severe disconnect on their low level employees. Long term employees are underpaid and the ability promote from within is hindered.

      the pay is very bad and sometimes there is a big gap in pay between veteran and new employees in the same position, that favors the new employees.
