      Relaxing working environment, free lunch for the most time

      Pros

      Environment is friendly, sociable, and driven. Most people I've enjoyed seeing daily and have had little issues with management. The ability to tinker and learn is very much there.

      Cons

      Clients tend to be very difficult. A lot of school districts lack experience and have many bloated people employed that we have to pander to, for better or worse.
