      I worked hard for this company for a long time, and got overlooked for promotion twice for whatever reason!

      Pros

      The customer base is very friendly. I enjoyed working with many of them! Christmas bonuses, and company cookouts were nice.

      Cons

      Not only does management show very obvious favoritism, they even went so far as to botching employee reviews to keep unfavored employees oppressed, despite great job performance!
