      the only pro would be that thier is minimal travel

      Cons

      lack of leadership micromanging to the highest no planning on projects wrong skill sets low pay no training no benefits work for staffing firm and not directly with Netsync no communication whatsoever lack of documentation for projects lack of tools lack of consumables
