Pros

They offer a nice benefit package just not sure if they would really follow through on all their promises being you as an employee doesn't exist because they do not reposrt your earnings so nothing is going into your social security & its next to impossible to draw unemployment benefits.

Cons

Worked for them for 2 years as Foreman, I would be stuck with unknowledgable crew members and the kicker was they do not report your wages therefore they do not pay their taxes and I had to produce copies of all my paystubs to employment security office because there was no record of my earnings.

Not a stable company, got let go along with 22 other people without any warning. Some of the managers can be rude and down talk to you.

Fully remote work. Managers were likeable and for the most part fair.

Cons

Did not acknowledge achievements often. Sometimes impersonal no team building. You should not send layoff paperwork to someone on PTO before talking to them. It is quite jarring.
