      There is a lot of freedom in the role. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here that you work with, which is great for experience building

      Cons

      Need more direction from management. Lots of turnover currently. Pay seems to be under market (hence all the turnover)

      I just started here and I can already tell that management genuinely cares about you and wants to set you up for success. There is so much already trusted into me and that feeling is invaluable. The office space is so nice and open. Hours are flexible!
