Bad Leadership

Pros

Well recognized name in the area.

Cons

Leadership, core values, and unqualified management. Rat race, toxic environment. There is a trickle down effect of unqualified VPs, who promotes bad leaders (with no leadership skills whatsoever) to management positions, who then hires even less qualified employees on the floor. This system ensures that the VP's position remains secure. The problem is, the employees are not blind so there is no loyalty. 90% of the employees are considering leaving or are looking to leave.
