Pros

Mostly nice coworkers. Some people go above and beyond to help members.

Cons

They have cleared out most of their middle management in the past couple of years. I genuinely have felt bad for most of them as they have been caught in the middle. Their is no consistent direction from the top. There is constant change, which is to be expected. This change is never thought through. Departments don't communicate. Pay/benefits are poor for the industry. Fridays usually include internal posts about the many people who have "moved on." They have not figured out to manage and include work from home employees. Most work from home employees are very unhappy.

Pros

Employees go above and beyond for the members with little respect from high management.

Cons

You are just a number and replaceable in the eye of upper management. Concerns are not listened to and an open door to all management levels means nothing.
