Manager is not helpful, no one wants to go to her for anything. They avoid her at all costs. Not supportive, not friendly. Not a leader. Acts on emotion not logic

Cons

Network has had multiple changes within leadership. This has caused a great deal of change with the strategic direction every time someone new enters the organization. Leads to frustration by leaders and staff.
