Pros

Positive culture, focused on growth and updating business practices and systems to set the organization up for success on the future. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Not a con but organization going through change (updated business model, new CEO, and several new leaders). Some employees and leaders are moving in the right directions but others are resistant.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros with the exception of good hardworking loyal employees. It is a mystery about employee tenure being so high when management treats everybody with disdain.

Cons

The company is in shambles. I would not recommend any one working here. Typical white incompetent old boys club. There is no leadership and people are afraid to speak up.

Pros

Employees are a genuine pleasure to work with and care about their jobs.

Cons

The Executive team is in shambles and doesn't know how to lead. They fight regularly and publicly while using staff members as pawns. There is zero involvement in the community despite the leadership team preaching otherwise. The company expects its employees to work 60 hours per week while passive aggressively controlling all the employees. They issue company policies on dress code (i.e. work-out Wednesdays and jeans everyday) but chastise any employee that participates. No vision on an annual basis or over a 3-5 year plan.
