Pros

Great flexibility, great work/home life balance.

Cons

Constant cut backs, money saving, board not addressing the real issues, far too much red tape, people put in top jobs in the company because of who they know, not what experience and qualifications they have actually in the rail industry.

Pros

Transparent remuneration package and benefits Great people Fantastic funded development and training opportunities Autonomy

Cons

Some management have been promoted due to longevity, and not whether they are right for the role Working in public sector can be challenging given all of the 'red tape'.
