Pros

Good salary, pension, working hours, Loads of OT available - clearing 6 figures is easily doable

Cons

Poor leadership structure. Managers are in and out of posts quick as a hat and thus projects end up a confused mess. Communication also poor from the top down as no one knows whats going on and decisions are made that inevitably get reversed when the what if scenarios get fed upstairs. Getting leave can be a pain as we are constantly short staffed
