Gradyuate scheme is really good with a range of experience

Cons

The disparity across the company for graduate opportunities after the scheme is almost offensive with people being told they don't have enough experience in one region but then can get the exact same job in another. It isn't surprising that when speaking to peers a lot are looking for other jobs externally
