Pros

Decent work-life balance but that's it.

Cons

Graduates 'forced' to enter engineering level get the same salary with you even if you have 5 years exp in this position. No progression. People going higher/getting jobs are friends or for political reasons. If you do not play the game you will never get promoted no matter how good you are. Forget pay rises each year. NR still stuck in neolithic perceptions and ways of working.

Pros

Not being unemployed! Although……..to be honest!

Cons

Nepotism and bullying is rife, staff overwhelmed and stressed out with ridiculous safety procedures that end up being more time consuming, unnecessary and dangerous than if they weren’t implemented seriously impacting on productivity. Lazy workers paradise as they can comfortably hide behind ridiculous rules and overrule those tasked with the responsibility of running the teams.
