Pros

Decent pension (for now) Some of the staff are amazing, salaries are ok

Cons

Poor management, do not manage people with disabilities well, lack of understanding on conditions, and blanketing of restrictions in work allowed, regardless of medical evidence. Bullying is rife

Pros

There are no positive comments to report.

Cons

Far to many managers who haven’t a clue what they are doing and are so self focused they don’t care. Engineers are at a shortage and very much needed and the engineers that are available, they are overworked and stressed ? A truly terrible organisation to work for. Avoid.
