Pros

Working in corporate functions, there was a good team spirit, and lots of opportunities around the business for high performing staff.

Cons

A lot of old timers who were less respectful of young ambitious employees, but not such a big problem. A bit bureaucratic and slow paced sometimes.

Nice company

Pros

Good work-life balance, nice facilities and training. Possibility to work in interesting projects that have direct impact on people's lives

Cons

Lower salary than private companies for equivalent roles. Milton Keynes is not a vibrant place to live in, might get harsh to move there from elsewhere.

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits such as 75% off of your season ticket, can have reasonable working hours, good holiday benefits

Cons

It is an ever changing company, with constant restructuring. It is also a very slow moving company, it always seems to be fire fighting rather than being at the forefront of the industry.
