Flexible working, committed people, generous pension scheme, travel and private healthcare allowance, IT works and good facilities/working environments, welfare and wellbeing

Cons

All talk little action, unions too strong and hold back much needed change/transformation, lack of diversity - particularly in senior roles

Great benefits. Good pay, great pension, good annual leave, volunteer and sick leave.

Cons

still pockets of archaic behaviours in a number of departments. Change and/or improvements are extremely slow or none existent
