Pros

There may seem to be a lot of polices in place for discipline but these can actually be used to your advantage if you do your homework

Cons

far too many levels of management, employee care gets lost. risk of re organisation every year, and poor training.

Pros

Professional, Develops their people, Lots of courses and opportunities for those willing to strive for more, multidisciplinary engineering company - a melting pot for Engineering and Project /Business focused development.

Cons

Salaries limited by the transparent pay structure and funding structure. Unable to give staff members (who are working to maintain / improve the rail industry) complimentary rail travel... mindboggling.
