Pros

Relatively decent pay across the board

Cons

Encourages a bullying environment, higher management will belittle you for your lack of qualifications instead of helping you develop and grow in your career. Internal jobs are given based purely on your sexuality and gender preference. White and heterosexual? Don't bother applying, you won't get picked purely due to the incredibly poor D&I policy that excludes anyone but people of colour and those who are NOT heterosexual.

Pros

Very good wage A lot of time and money put into your training Lots of opportunity for progression Job complex but rewarding

Cons

Prepare to be a very small fish in a very large pond! The company is trying very hard to combat sexism, but dont be surprised to encounter it if you're a women working in this role

Pros

The final salary pension is great, but you have to wait 5 years to join. If you last that long.

Cons

Constant "reorganisations" which are a thinly veiled excuse to dispose of people that managers don't like. Try googling 'Project Violet' if you want an idea of this company's approach to HR.
