Thanks so much for your honest review. We're really keen to offer some options and first of all would talk through your frustration with your line manager if you haven't already. You could also speak with a member of your HR team to discuss training and development and to seek around the terms and conditions you have mentioned. Best wishes to you and the team up in Edinburgh.

Pros

The office was nice and had decent cafe and kitchen break out areas

Cons

Too many old dogs who think because they're Network Rail, their job is to beat up the contractors, rather than work with them or praise when they did a good job! Often I would be advised to go into meetings and make sure I "give ***** ( contractor) a kicking"

Cons

Management Heavy A lot of managers with old fashioned management styles The sense that nobody knows what direction the company is going in. Dealing with TOCs can be a mission
