Pros

Reasonable pay, good blokes to work with

Cons

Awful management, unsociable hours, no care for a work/home life balance, ruined weekends, leave refused for poor reasons, dreadful blame culture, too many chiefs and not enough Indians, too many ego's in a middle management and supervisory roles who don't care about their workforce

Pros

Great benefits, generous holiday allowance, great pension scheme.

Cons

Reward and promote incompetence. Lacking leadership that lives up to the values it talks about. Salaries lag significantly behind the market. Hard to progress if you don't fit the mould.
