      Pros

      Great work life balance, pension, annual leave and working hours, plus very supportive with regards to mental health and well-being.

      Cons

      Poor career progression within certain areas of the business and it feels like it’s more who they want than who’s right for the job. They say that it’s all about keeping valued people within the business and then do very little, if anything to keep them. 22 years loyal service clearly meant nothing to them.
