Every team in NR works independently and gatekeeps information from each other as they have prove they are the outstanding team in the company and get the credit from the higher ups (job security). This makes working day to day very hard in the offices and makes fact checking your work incredibly difficult. Your day to day and progress in the company is completely reliant on your manager. Unfortunately, there is no support if yours is a bully and manipulative.

-At the time of joining lack of an up to date process guide. -Frozen pay rise for over 2 years. -Uncertain future with major reshuffle ahead. -Attempts to reduce staffing and merge duties till the point of failure. -Records Controllers are overworked.
