Cons

The company is going through so much change and it’s a very insecure place to work right now. Avoid at all costs

Pros

family friendly; agile / flexible working; measured on delivery and output.

Cons

industry in a state of flux with modernisation and reducing headcount means gaps in resourcing appear regularly and create more pressure for existing staff. Morale is low

Pros

Good holiday and work life balance.

Cons

Processes for the sake of processes (few of which are followed), clueless managers and many more than needed. A battle to get relevant training whilst money is being spent on other things.
