Pros

Pay is alright and the season ticket benefit is pretty great.

Cons

Everyone has their own groups and low chances of progression if you don’t belong. Lack of real and genuine engagement Hardly any diversity in some offices and some staffs treat you based on job title and level. Your manager controls your chances of any progression
