Bullying and harassment poor management, inexperienced staff being promoted, no personal care to clients , residential workers not recording incidents, lying , covering up , management don’t care about policy’s and procedures except when using them against workers

Flexible working, decent salary, a lot to do or a little based on ups and downs of business

Cons

political atmosphere, can be bullied, run by older generation of people who sometimes clash with up and coming generations
