Pros

I cannot give any pros for working here

Cons

Senior management is poor, no career progression. If you haven’t been to the right university, knowledge, experience and suitability for roles is over looked.

Pros

Good pay, lots of expertise to draw down from and some great opportunities to get experience in other roles around the business.

Cons

Can get very stressful. Everyone is overworked, teams are understaffed and despite the organisation's focus on well being, within teams there is still an expectation that you work overtime because a senior leader wants the world at 4.30pm on a Friday and management don't have your back when you challenge it. Expertise isn't valued by select senior leaders who 'know better'. Have also encountered sexism, but most often with suppliers which is surprising.
