Jobs for the boys, promotion depends on who your friends are / dad is. Too many graduates restrict promotion from a very talented work force

Pros

Flexible working. Given autonomy. Nice offices. Good hours (35 hour week). Good safety culture.

Cons

Some cliques form in the office, especially with upper management. Some of the recruitment is a waste of time because there are already people 100% lined up for the job and interviewing other people is just a HR tick box exercise. Rising number of secondments and interim positions which are handed out somewhat unfairly.
