      - Friendly Staff, - Relaxed Atmosphere, - Supportive Managers, - Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Maybe a lack of progression. Depends on what industry you are in. For me I wasn't so found it hard to find my place.

      Pros

      One of the main reasons is serving the public. The pay is not too bad. There are good side benefits such as private health insurance. It has a graduate engineer scheme.

      Cons

      Just about everything else. It really is a broken company with very little budget. Avoid if you can.
