Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for sharing your pros and cons. Great to see the benefits are a clear pro for you. We've absolutely seen the need to build greater diversity within the business and programmes such as 20 by 20 which are focused on building greater female representation across Network Rail are making real progress. There is more to be done though so that our business reflects our communities. With the support of our six staff networks and colleagues across the business we're focused on building diversity and inclusion. Thanks again for your review.
