Better than a lot but plenty of bullying and dirty offices

Pros

Pay and benefits decent, working hours and holiday amount fine. A lot worse out there.

Cons

Nasty, bullying cliques exist. A lot of hot air blowing about equality and diversity and bullying but the same behaviours are still unchallenged. Some of the delivery unit office buildings are absolutely filthy, no hot water, flies, poor sanitation generally. Cleaning and upgrading would be easier than making the people nicer. Some nice people do exist.
