opportunities to move around are limited

Cons

Unionised collective bargaining removes benefits for hard work. Banding structure is very flat and difficult to move within the structure for financial gain. No overtime for Band 4 and above.

Cons

It’s outside so sometimes you’ll be working in a cold environment for long period and sometimes hot long period
