Pros

Middle management good. Most workers v good

Cons

Overuse of pedantic 121s, rather than concentrating on what matters. Certain staff use any excuse not to perform tasks safely. Led by corrupt unions. Difficult to get rid of staff as HR appear frightened of the unions. Certain knowledge concerns on safety when new projects introduced. PC has become ridiculous and staff frequently use it against each other disturbing the business.
