Pros

Depending on location, subsidised cafes, free parking, reward benefits and extra annual leave can be bought.

Cons

No confidentiality, HR cannot be trusted, open plan offices where conversations can be overheard. Always reorganising, people being displaced i.e redundant but not released. NWR claim they operate transparently, this is not the case. Enormous gap in salaries , those at the top earn too much whilst the lower end are paid a pittance.

Decent company benefits in regards annual leave etc, plenty of of internal jobs to try for.

Cons

Some managers think they can rewrite rules regarding work locations, and on how they treat staff.
