Pros

Many good people. Many business initiatives. Opportunities to develop and for training. Diverse organisation recognising it's need to be more diverse across all levels.

Cons

Permafrost management layers preventing positive change need to be cleaned out. Too much bureaucracy, needs to be more agile and commercial.
