Pros

lots of variety in the work dealing with lots of different tenants, you learn the job very quickly and pick up lots of new information. 28 days holiday a year with 5 volunteer days as extra

Cons

cons same as any other job on the phones the tenants can be a pain and you always get people you dont like who you work with

Free tea and coffee. Social life okay Get to go home earlier on special days.

Cons

Change is impossible and feared. No procedures to work to. Dangerous document control system no idea on approval status. Bad vibe in the office, office poltics. Little interaction with other teams.

Pros

Great pay. Sundays are not part of the working week so if you want can have every sunday off. Best pay is for working sundays though. Great people. Skilled job.

Cons

Can get a bit boring if you're working a lower grade or on your own.
