Manage own diary, Flexibility, work life balance is good, company promotes wellbeing. Opportunity to move into other areas of the business

Cons

There are a lot of Processes and procedure to get round, some necessary, others are not, extra layers of process.

A great company to work for - the life here is what you make it.

Cons

HR processes are not the best and the integration of IT and iPad apps isn't the best however it's all evolving - just a bit too slowly.
