Modern facilities, flexible working, supportive managers, supportive teams, flexible benefits, work/life balance, health & wellbeing, sharing successes and failures openly and everyone learning from them.

Cons

Inefficient bureaucracy and some out-dated systems, complicated management structures, constant need to catch up to Government Policy changes, budget challenges
