Pros

Great projects to work on if working on Infrastructure Projects Lots of oppourtunities within the business, if one part of the business does not suit then you can apply internally fairly easy.

Cons

Low Salary Can be hit and miss what you team dynamique can be. Too much politics Can be over staffed

Pros

You'll be working with some highly skilled, incredibly dedicated people and there are more opportunities to move around internally than with many companies. Great pension and training opportunities. 35 hour week for most office workers, and 28 days holiday too.

Cons

Sometimes labyrinthine and often (like many huge organisations) slow moving, it's easy to get frustrated if you're not the type that keeps pushing.
